Publications & Projects

My recent writing has been published in Maine Homes Down East and on Food52.  My essay, Slow Dancing in West Virginia was published in The Berkshire Review.  My essay about food and grief was the basis of an episode of My Family Recipe, a podcast on the Heritage Radio Network. I am a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, and in 2023 they presented my talk on food writing, Every Meal Has a Story. I am currently completing a memoir/cookbook about my travels in France. You can follow me on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn. Some recent work is linked below.
